Videos Inform Consumers when to Say, “That’s a Dealbreaker!”

  •     Threatening to put consumers on a so-called “black list”.
  •     Providing false deadlines.
  •     Failing to accurately explain why the business has a poor BBB rating or has changed its name frequently.
