Well, shopping for cars certainly has changed but the basic rules remain the same, and that is to do a lot of comparisons. See on certain models you may find that a one or two year old car as a used car will cost almost as much as a brand new one. But in other classes of automobiles or other makes you may find that a two year old vehicle could save you twenty, thirty, even forty percent. So it comes down to doing your homework to see what represents the best deal. The other thing to consider is that if you’re buying the used car that you always want to make sure that you get a high quality extended warranty on that car so that you get the same coverage or better coverage then you would have on the new car.
