We’re very proud to announce that we have been named a finalist in the 2016 Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work! We’ll find out if we’ve won on September 23, so stay tuned.
The annual contest that gives Greater Baltimore companies a chance to find out how happy their employees are putting us among the top 10 midsize companies in the entire region for employee satisfaction.
Each company that signed up was asked to provide employees with an independent survey on workplace satisfaction. It’s a testament to how our staff values their work and how we’ve built a culture where people look forward to coming into work every day.
We’re always looking for ways to improve the environment and ensure that employees are enjoying it and continuously improving themselves. It’s a reason why we started the CARCHEX Workplace Wellness program. In its second year now, the program offers an onsite gym with free fitness and yoga classes, nutritional advice, massages and more.
